About the role Join a family owned and operated electrical and plumbing business in Bairnsdale as a first year Apprentice Electrician and be exposed to both residential and commercial projects. This role will see the successful apprentice working a fulltime roster, Monday to Friday whilst studying a Certificate III in Electrotechnology with AGA. Working predominantly on the road under the supervision of the senior technicians, you will be provided with the skills and knowledge to assist in contract electrical work to existing commercial and residential buildings. What you will be doing Assist technicians with data cabling, service call outs and installations of Air-conditioning units and PV Solar Participate in regular training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Completing other tasks as directed What we are looking for 1st year apprentice Current manual driver’s license and reliable vehicle Willingness to learn and take direction White Card Working with Children Check Strong skills in Math’s and English Well-presented and well spoken About AGA Starting a career begins well before you get your first job — it begins with training.
